"Greetings! We are writing this letter to let you know how pleased we were with our experience at Holman Toyota Scion. It all
began when I was browsing the internet one evening, looking at pre owned cars. Our youngest daughter, Susan, works for Holman, so
I began my search there. I was driving a Ford Mustang convertible and knew that I wanted another convertible. Upon finding a 2008
Toyota Solara, I contacted your Internet Sales Representative. Enter Scott Schoettle. He contacted me immediately. He was
courteous and helpful, offering to do anything he could in my quest for another convertible. An appointment was made and a test
drive taken. I LOVED the Solara that you had on your lot. Scott was very helpful in answering all my questions. I came home and
presented all the information to my husband. That very afternoon, my husband came to your dealership and took the car for a spin.
Again, Scott was there to answer any questions that we had.
...Scott took the time to walk us carefully through the process. He was friendly and most helpful. We would like to commend him
for a job well done. After a minor glitch with a headlight bulb being out, he called to apologize for any inconvenience that it
caused. Now that's a conscientious salesman! We have the Solara parked in the garage and are now learning all about the many
"buttons and whistles" that are foreign to us. I am sure that we are going to have many enjoyable drives in our convertible. Thank

Tacoma was struck by a drunk driver. It was towed to a facility not of my choosing. At the start of business that very morning I

"I came to Holman Toyota to look for a used Toyota Sienna within a reasonable budget as we had just learned that we were expecting
our third child. We were referred to Don Ferguson and from the start I was impressed by his desire to help us to find what we were
looking for in a car. He found my needle in a haystack! We ended up purchasing a 2005 Toyota Sienna XLE and it had all the bells

arrangements for me... Kim was terrific and a great example of professional as well as a reflection of your customer service. Don
was a straight shooter, generated a genuine interest in my family's situation and strived to please! Your staff was impressive
with this situation and I am pleased to say that I will gladly recommend future business to your dealership. I know many a times
we receive a complaint letter and not too many compliment letters so I wanted to take the time to share with you my story and the
appreciation I have for this refreshing experience!"

"Today was the first time I came to your new location. I had an unfortunate situation while driving on Route 295. My passenger
side wiper blade broke off and struck my windshield...  ...Upon entering the Parts/Service Department I was greeted and helped by
Mr. Walt Rachinsky who was not only courteous but truly caring. He immediately looked up the part, got the part, explained the
price, and even put it on for me in the freezing rain. Little did he know that I recently recovered from surgery and had just

I have been dealing with Mark a long, long time and over the years have developed a professional, respectful and friendly
relationship. In fact, when I call for service I always ask if Mark is going to be in, if the answer is yes, I'm there, if no, I
wait till he is. Mark is so friendly, courteous and he recognizes that my service dollars could go anywhere and treats me
accordingly. I appreciate that.
In a world where company's "talk" about providing excellent customer service, Mark actually practices it! I wanted to take the
time to send you this quick note about Mark and for my part its long overdue. I trust Holman appreciates what a terrific associate

"I've never written to compliment anyone on the handling of service of my car before. The dealership that I purchased my Toyota
from was far from personable, and the Customer Service representative that I dealt with (on more than one occasion) was downright
patronizing. I used their service department simply because it was very convenient to my former home in Philadelphia, and not
because I was pleased with their staff or service. In fact, after the third time I returned for the same persistent problem, I was
briskly dismissed by this same Customer Service Rep, and left feeling as though it were MY fault that the problem continued. My
point is, I never felt comfortable dealing with them.
Imagine my surprise when I dropped off my car with Chuck Colamarino and had a nice conversation as well as discussing the concerns
I had with my car. He kept me updated on the status of the work needed on my car, and provided me with several options. The work
was completed quickly and Chuck explained exactly what had been done. Again, he was extremely courteous and friendly. After
picking up my car and beginning the drive home, I realized that there was still a problem. I called Chuck immediately and brought
the car back within 10 minutes. He informed Customer Service that I needed a loaner, and had Terrance assist me. Another surprise!
What a pleasant and polite young man! He spent time with me until I was comfortable with the loaner and it's accessories. My car
was completed to my satisfaction and I had several other questions answered by Chuck. I was concerned about the upcoming
inspection, and he assured me that I could bring the car in beforehand and he would make sure that everything was in order.
As I said at the beginning of this letter...this is the first time I've ever felt as though my service manager and the staff
deserve a pat on the back, but Chuck and Terrence certainly do. These days people often feel as though their work and kindness are
not appreciated. I just wanted to let everyone at Cherry Hill Toyota-Scion know what great guys they have working there. Thanks
again to Chuck Colamarino and Terrence!!"

"I recently leased a 2009 Toyota Camry from you dealership and wanted to let you know just how pleased I am not only with the car
but with the way I was treated during my expierience in the leasing process. Through my brother, James Ellis introduced me to Don
Ferguson. Don then took me thru a test drive, walked me through the numbers showing me the length of lease and payments and the
following Saturday, we closed the transaction. I was really impressed the way the whole transaction was handled from start to
finish. Don was excellent to work with - no hype, just down to earth discussions. He knew the workings of the car, explained the
lease options, and gave me a payment structure I was comfortable with. We signed off on the papers the following Saturday and was
signed, sealed and delivered with the keys in hand under less than an hour. How impressive is that? I love the car; it drives very
well and I feel very comfortable and safe behind the wheel and the red (my favorite color) just makesthe car more enjoyable to
drive. Its ironic, but I now notice a lot of Camrys on the road and it just gives you a good feeling of being with the best of the
best!!! I have purchased many cars in the previous years and this visit to the dealership made me feel very at ease. It wasn't the
usual "dread" you get when you look for a vehicle and to the several dealerships. Kudos to the great teamwork, between James, Don
and Paul, I came out with a fine car. Thanks for a pleasurable experience.

Highlander up from South Carolina on Sunday and had a problem with her front left tire. She was concerned about driving home so we
